In the era of Willpower, shrug-off champions, robots and champions who punish you for making them bleed, Hawkeye's one-time Sig ability is pretty laughable.
But I'd agree, Netflix Daredevil's Sig probably takes the cake; in comparison to the original Daredevil's ability; or far more powerful responses to debuffs such as Kingpin, Agent Venom, and Killmonger.
He gets increased damage and if you are using him on offense, switching faster is nice. Don't get me wrong, it's not great, just not the worst imo

Quake's Sig is similarly of little value as an Attacker - if you're playing 'Quake-style' you'll spend 95% of your fights charging heavy or Evading attacks, so it almost never comes into play. As a defender it might occasionally have value.
If u play her right u shouldn't need to get 100 hits to finish anyo e. An she's not OP in Labyrinth. I guess it MIGHT be useful in ROL.
I guess you don’t play labyrinth much. True strike up 100% of the time after 100 hits is pretty damn OP, not to mention the fury. She’s amazing unduped, but duped she becomes an excellent labyrinth option
