No. They probably won’t. Rank down tickets where supposed to be a one time thing on 12.0.

Not that hard to believe. They aren't meant for constant use or to fix mistakes you made in ranking or even the ever shifting meta of the game.

My thing is even though they haven't change the game that much, they should at least give one or two because some champs are getting buffed.

So work hard, earn the Cats and gold needed to rank those new champs, and then you'll have more champs that are at higher rank.

Awww someone triggered? Rank down tickets were a horrible addition to the game because now everyone begs for them when even the slightest change is made to a champ or when they regret ranking up a champ when they pull a "better" champ weeks later. Suck it up, buttercup, and play the game like the rest of us do and earn the resources. Stop asking for free stuff.
