Mutant Advancement Missing?

It has been at least three weeks (pretty sure it has been more like five weeks) since I last had a Mutant Advancement solo event. I have had every other class advancement event at least twice, most 3 or 4 times, since the last time I had Mutant Advancement.
I get that in the rotation, you could technically miss one, and nothing guarantees that you will get it, but this seems like it has been a ridiculously long time. Also seems wrong that it would be skipped so consistently compared to the others.
I had both Mutant Combat and Mutant Arena Battle in the past two days, so it's not like I'm missing all mutant events. As far as I can tell, Mutant Advancement is the only solo event that I haven't been graced with in this time. I have been trying to wait for Mutant Advancement to rank up my 5* Domino, 4* Omega Red, and 4* Sabretooth (to r2 for all of them), so I am keeping an eye out for it.
Has anyone else been having this issue lately?

No, I am not referring to the quests for mutant catalysts. I am talking about the solo events that you see the same place you get Level Up, Hero Use, Event Quest Completion, and Arena Wins, except that Mutant Advancement is one of the shorter 7 hour events that you get (or at least should get).
Oh well, I'll take it.
