Description of the Issue: trying to open crystal is to complicated, does not work the way I need to and spends my units getting crystals I never intended to buy. Y'all need to shut down the server and code for a few days to fix all issues. This is the worse and its been this way for months.

I have trouble with evades. It happens multiple ways:
1) When holding block: Dragging finger to left doesn't evade unless I try to do it way ahead of the incoming attack. Happens very often against Sentinel and Iron Man Infinity War
2) Regular evade: On shorter distances, when I move my finger in time with attacks, I either get hit or get hit on the second part of an attack. Feels like the dash back distance has shortened. Second part hit happens 90% of the time against Domino's second light hit after her first double medium. Trying to dash back doesn't work and I get hit.
I tried the ones above on two phones. I don't have issues on my older phone, a Galaxy S7 Edge 32GB running 8.0.0. On my Note 9, I haven't been able to play properly from the start. Tried changing the way I placed my hands in multiple ways, doesn't work.

Description of the Issue: Did a force stop, deleted cache, deleted files, uninstalled game and reinstalled and no change. Previous version had massive stutters and lag, now, on the crystals page it lags a lot, and loading screens take a long long time. Alliance War, Alliance Quest, Special Event Quest... doesn't matter. When I click a node, it takes a long time to load the screen. During Event Quest as well, a few times I've had the two characters fighting while an image of them stood in the centre of the screen not moving. Like the game loaded duplicates but they just stand there. Also a few minor issues where I'll be attacking them outta nowhere they dodge back, and parry seems to be failing more often than not.

Description of the Issue: Initially after the 20.1 update from mcoc, I was having problems related to new updated contents like summoned symbioid portrait wasn't available, item portraits like klyntar katalyst and randomizer were not available but I could play quests, aq and aw. I did raise a ticket with kabam for this issue and followed their troubleshooting, that's when things got worse. After following the troubleshooting guide - basically a reinstallation - now I can't play any mode other than arena. The game freezes the moment I start a quest or aq or aw. I can't open crystals. I can't view any portraits anymore. And the sadest part is that the ticket raised in kabam support was closed even though the problem wasn't resolved. This has been on for more than 4 days now. If kabam doesn't have the technical know-how for android I don't think they should be releasing the game on this platform or else hire some good
techies for android platform, it is quite clear the guys working there ain't good enough.

Since the update, I just started experiencing missing images from champs. Had some issues fighting with voodoo, that was quickly addressed. Today, constant freezing, unable to move in any map. AQ, AW, Events. I now have 3 white boxes that appear; calendar, alliance event button, and whatever is to the left of that. I am lucky to get one push of a button and then frozen. I currently have 5 champs stuck in a quest. I am unable to move in the map or even exit out of the map. No pictures of the champs show in the quest as well.

I have posted my info previously. I definitely can't run labs, which is costing me decent potential rewards. My comments keep getting deleted, yet we have no solution or even someone addressing these posts. So again I ask before it's taken down, what are we supposed to do now? Support tickets closed with no resolve. Posts here no, answers. I appreciate the members that have taken the time to post about flashing your phone. I don't see why we have to correct their problem by potentially putting our devices at risk.

Problem is the loading screen between quest fights, taking you back to the map after a k.o., for example. This loading screen sometimes takes 5 minutes to get me back to the map. Not that I'm doing a Legend run, but this delay in processing is extremely aggravating.

Everything i mentioned from previous update is still present in 20.1. How are we supposed to play this game fairly if it can't even run right?! You can't offer time attack if members are going to be having problems moving through the map with all this lag and slow loading. The contest isn't working as intended.
Updated to latest and it fixed nothing! Same problems as everyone has stated. I just love how after a fight in monthly quest, the loading screen takes about 2-3 minutes before it returns back to the map so i can move again. Are you trying to hypnotize us to ignore these problems, Kabam? I question when the last time the game was stable with no problems. The fighting mechanics are still jacked!
