Which skill champ should I use my tier 4 skill catalysts on?

My best 3 five star champs are all in the skill class. I’m not even uncollected yet and would like to progress further in quests. Recently earned my 3rd tier 4 skill class catalyst. Medusa is only four star 5/50 champ and GP is only rank 3 five star champ at moment.

I currently have 16 tier 4 basic catalysts, 28 tier 1 alpha catalysts, and 7 tier 2 alpha catalysts.

Take KM to R4. GP is not a bad option as well but KM is better in my opinion

Hello,my question is do I have to have 5Star champions in order to use my tier 4 catalysts or can I use them on 1ne of my 4Star champs?

Blade, GP and KM are good options. I chose GP because of how good her bleed is as well as the chance to stun on basic attacks
