Red crystals

I've won red crystals but the game won't add them to my total of red gems. Is this a bug?
And how would I fix such a thing? I've won about 1000 over 9788 red crystals but an stuck on 9788 for my total

I think you are confusing the Spiderman crystal shards for 5* shards.....when you see them in the milestones, click on them to see what type they are

these days we have 2 kinds of red crystals, make sure you are not confusing 5* crystal shards (dull red) with the spider-verse crystal shards (bright red)
You will see spider-verse shards accumulating in the "special" tab of the crystals menu.
