In arena: intergalactic ambassador?

One of my 5 star characters is not refreshing for the arena and just shows a different red symbol in the upper left corner. If I click on it, it shows "In Arena: Intergalactic Ambassador" but it has not refreshed for the last couple days. How do I refresh this champion (picture below)?

    That arena is over now. Have you checked to see if the issue has resolved itself?

    If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to our support team so that they can help investigate the issue with your arena refresh. Contact them by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support" under the Account header.
