What’s up with Champion Requirements for Story Quests?

I just tried to start Act 4 Chapter 1.4. But there is something new this month called as Champions Requirements. It says “1 star or 2 star or 3 star or 4 star or 5 star or 6 star” is the requirement. But whatever champions I select it says champions requirements not met. What are the correct requirements? I don’t have a 6 star champion yet.

    But Symbiote is fixed. How to remove him from my champions selected? Or should I not play Story Quest this month?
