Watch seatin's stream it takes 50-60 hits for the symbiote to take down that vision with minimal boosts, seems like the best option by a significant margin

People actually tried with champs other than symbiod? I didn't use a single champ other than boosted symbiod. The rest were for synergy

Guys remember for the very first run you must have items to use boost but for this event but there are great rewards at exploration not just completion.
So resources must be used wisely and saved accordingly.
So it's good idea to save some resources using alternate champions.
That's entirely my point of view and People may have different opinions..

Better to take your time than waste strands, you may need it later on.

unknown enemy, and total carnage if you want to end the fight even faster.

100% it and still have 150 k strands that are going to be wasted.

I used Blade on both Electro fights. Easy to beat him and finish with 71% health.
