Glory purchase bug?

Been spending glory on tier 4 basic shards and haven’t received anything in my inventory. Bought two tier 4 basics over the last week or two and haven’t received anything. Anyone else having this issue?

I know that. I purchased the half of a tier 4 basic 4 times to equal 2 full tier 4 basics. Closed the app, restarted, and still nothing. iPhone 7 Plus with newest mcoc update.

Yeah me neither. I don’t have the glory back either so the transaction went through without the payout.

There has been a problem with the glory store for at least just over a month. Some people got compensation for it, all I got so far was closed tickets by Kabam. I did loose glory but it was different. It should have cost, lets say 1000 glory, but it charged me more, and that was it. 3 tickets raised, and nothing so far.

Hi I didn’t see the reply. Thanks. I received the item, but I was overcharged. And I have raised 3 or 4 tickets already, and I have been asked to come to the forums to see how the investigations to this problem is been handled.

But there doesn’t seem to be an investigation anymore is there? What is annoying is. To k’ow some people received something for their troubles and not others.

I willl try to raise another case... and hopefully they won’t just close it. As it’s been over I am sure the problem has been fixed by now as it has never happened again. But I never got the overcharged glory back. (At least)
