Come on, why can't we have a 5* Scarlet Witch....Stop with the 5* vision and dr. strange.

    She won’t be an offer. She will be in a FGMC if anything so you’ll have to gamble.

    A duped 5* SW at 5/65 would steamroll every piece of content currently ingame. I am a bit afraid however that they will release her like they did with Electro & DS.

    She'd just need changed a bit. Most of her buffs/debuffs are (a) very old, and (b) relatively powerful in effect.

    If her pool of available buffs/debuffs increased, she'd be more chaotic and unpredictable; but actually less overpowered as she'd be less likely to stack multiple Fury/Cruelty effects.

    She should have access to newer effects that have been introduced since she was created:
    (Less powerful effects)
    Fatigue
    Exhaustion
    Armour Break
    Power Leak
    Life Steal
    Coldsnap
    Concussion
    Spectre
    True Accuracy
    Power Sting
    Prowess
    Magnetised
    (More powerful effects)
    Shock
    Degeneration
    Evasion
    Fate Seal
