Make a new email address then log out of your current kabam email and uninstall the app when you redownload the app it will ask you if you want to use your google play account you either dont login with it or when you login it gives you the option to reset the game or keep your current game progress.. You can Just reset it if you dont wantto keep the old account at all and make sure to use your new email adress for your new kabam account

You don't have to uninstall the app to create a new account.

Please be aware that by deleting your account, your data, game characters, items, mail and progress will be permanently removed. We cannot reactive an account once it has been deleted.

In order to delete your account you will need to verify your information with them. Please make sure that whenever you contact them that you have the following information:

Your last two purchases
Last Login Date
Your Account Name as it appears in-game
Email Address
Account Created Date (approx)
Device and Device Operating System
Account Level and some of your most powerful characters and Alliance name if you're part of one.
