Sabretooth vs Antman

When fighting Antman in Act 5.2.4 ST doesn’t get his furies after every 10 hits, sp1 doesn’t always convert to permanent furies, and sp2 doesn’t always add 1 permanent fury. Is this working as intended? Does glancing prevent ST from working properly?

You have to convert on sp1 or dash back n idle for 1 sec...sp2 is auto convert

When glancing, opponents suffer -100% offensive ability accuracy therefore fury doesn’t proc. Working as intended
