Should I rank up my 4 star spider-gwen to r2 for arena or r3 my 4 star modok for quests and aq/aw

I would go for modok if you can jump a rank much more content will be withing your grasp.

I always bring all my four starts to rank 3, even if they aren't as good. I bring up the stronger ones to rank 4.
Focus on MODOK first, then do Spider-Qwen
