Roster Improvement

I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong but I constantly see people in other alliances or in the global chat that are about my level and their roster is just significantly better than mine. I always do AW and the 3 day alliance quests to get as many 4 star shards as possible, doing that I get about a little less than one 4 star a week. I don't feel like I can get the 4 star champions in the 4 star basic arenas yet and I'm really lacking on iso to rank my Champs up further. If you have any tips or advice please post them. Thanks.

Keep playing, you have 3 God Tier champs as 4 stars, upgrade that psylocke, Rogue, and Hawkeye since they are 4* and quest quest quest

Hawkeye is a very underrated champ, spam the sp1 and you power drain and deal a good bleed, also very fluid to play.
