Not received the new titles yet

Hey guys, I restarted playing the game about 2 days back. It came to my notice that people who have completed ACT 2,3 and 4 are now also getting titles which will help them increase their rooster.
I've completed Act 3 100% and have done a initial run of Act 4. Haven't got any of the titles which Kabam said it'll be giving. I have restarted, reinstalled the game twice hoping it would resolve this issue but upto no avail. Any help is appreciated

It takes time, not everyone gets them all at once either.

1. Be patient. It takes time foor everyone to get theirs.
2. Check titles tab. They can add them in there without sending in-game mail about it

@Austin555555 and @LibertyPrimeV1 They announced the titles on the 1st of November, hopefully 13 days should have been more than enough for them to make sure everyone gets them.
What about the rewards which we all are missing out cuz of it?
Neither have the PHC price dropped (doesn't matters cuz I never buy them) nor have my daily and 4hrs crystal been updated. Am getting the same stuff which we used to get before.
It'd be better if Kabam gives a deadline as to by which they'll be making sure that everyone gets the titles and gives a clarification about the rewards missed during it.
