So ofc i pull a mystic r3-r4 gem from variant! And who is there at rank 3 lurking with his creepy grin. Dr voodoo.. now i know alot of people love this guy. I have never been one of them. Never. I feel he is way overrated. Can someone pls convince me of otherwise? Like seriously when was this guy ever the answer to anything?

Even against no buffed opponents his sp2 power control is second only to Magik.

There don’t even need to be buff-heavy fights for him to be good; remember he applies loas so he can still get off a really powerful poison for which immunities are a little more rare (except in cosmics). He also has 200% chance to parry and dexterity with bro danny on his side, so Domino doesn’t hurt his basic abilities. His biggest weakness is probably Massochism. Aside from that, you can get specials really fast if you get two even combo L3s off and you can basically use whatever special you want. He’s alright for evade champs as well if you give them bro danny, and your parries will be a lot longer, so stunnable evaders are no problem at all.

Ok, convincing on dv, great power control, close to magik tier, he will save you thousands of glory and potentially units by recovering a quarter of his health at the start, he also has great damage and close to heal block on the s1, and he can reduc ability accuracy and get 9 hit combos in from stuns, what’s not to love
