New crystals

I'm not seeing these new Conqueror crystals for the people that have completed Act 4. Is it just me? Act 4 is done and I'm uncollected. Is there something I'm missing?

They didn't show up for u as u have the uncollected 4 hour and daily crystal

No. If you're UC, you don't get the previous ones. They're meant to help people at different stages.

the uncollected is already an upgrade....
these others are better than normal but not as good as uncollected
