It was a hard choice, but, I would pick Mutant.

AA - One of the best at dealing damage and reducing abilities
Domino - A powerhouse
Iceman - Triple immunity, damage over time, safeguard.
Omega Red - Good att, regen, good damage over time and synergy with ST
Sabertooth - One of the best quester. Synergy with Domino and OR.

Hyperion for sheer damage.
Carnage for bleed.
Venom for evade champs and IMIW alone.
