OP wants class crystals.
@MrBanks what AQ map do you run? Run the highest map you can with 3 BGs. Eventually you will get full crystals every AQ from rank rewards and from the Uncollected level. In the meantime you will get a full crystal from AQ crystals occasionally plus glory and frags.

My alliance runs map 4 and 5 I’m pretty sure
