Wait until you open your next 5*. If you get Stark Spidey, Ghost, or even a doc oc, yondu, or SL, then use the tech T4CC on who you get out of those.

Rank up your starlord I take it you don’t have many 5* options. He was my first r5 4* and you won’t regret and one thing to remember he hits harder than most 5 and 6 star champs

It depends on where you are at the game currently. If you are still growing your roster and not uncollected yet, you can R5 him. If you already have few champs at 5/50 or 3/35, you can wait to pull a good 5 star champ.

He was my second rank 5 4 star. He hits like a truck when hes duped. I'd say wait until your next 5 star opening and do it if you don't get a good tech.
