Miles morals evasion issue

Usually when i play with my sig 20 black widow miles morals can't evade till he gets more than 10 evasion stacks, but since yesterday he kept on evading when he has got above 4 evasion stacks, plz fix

Against miles he can't evade, till he gets more than 10 evasion stacks

Her ability is defensive ability reduction. So it makes sense that she won't let you evade until you CANT not evade.

Dude, i know what I'm talking about, i did the web slinger quest with bw, miles couldnt evade once! But he does when he gets 11 or plus evasion stacks...

I mean, Black widow reduces defensive ability accuracy, she doesn't completely reduce it to 0. So technically speaking, Miles Morales can evade even with only 1 charge since there is still that chance.

With miles, it's something else, i know he supposed to evade but he didn't untill he reaches 11 evasion stacks...it's the same with stark spidey while he's above 50% health
