Corvus glaive sp2 broken

in Bugs and Known Issues
Is it only for me that corvus’s sp2 doesn’t work properly? The reduce power Effect that comes with the sp2 when the opponent has his power at full doesn’t work. Please check this, thank you.

    Do you have any videos or screenshots? Any device info that it's happening on? Any actual data to back that up?

    I play on iPad Pro with latest iOS version also the Mcoc version is updated.
