    Outside of playing Proxima to perfection the answer is hyperion IMO

    It's very situational...especially now with persistent charges. And for damage output, are you looking for highest damage single hit or damage dealt over a period of time.

    Are we talking best case scenario or utility in any situation? So many variables.

    To add to the above list , MS can also do insane damage if they have alot of buffs. For example, against Groot in 2.1 of the variant quest my R4 did 134k in one sp2. It really does depend on the situation.

    domino i think takes the cake for most damaging atk, seen videos of her destroying LoL champs, all one shot.

    She's not as hard to use as some think. Intercepting becomes routine with practice and even if her missions proc in the worst order she can still solo 5/65 Medusa AW bosses:

    Archangel because he has poison, bleed, etc. Like it is literally his main thing in his buff to reduce the other person's health down

    Domino, add red hulk and masacre. Get 1.5x damage after the heavy, including heavy damage. It’s just insane for clearing content

    Alright, so fill a team up with synergies, cheat death, and retaliate immediately with an L3 instead of playing a game of skill.

    Too bad sw is just a 4*. Her pre 12.0 with right synergies and her being in 5* pool would be the best damage output champ
