Recoils being looked at?

With the revelation of special damage boosts not working have you looked into recoil? Are you able to confirm it’s actually working. I’ve done numerous runs on RoL WS with and without suicides and recoil and there doesn’t seem to be much difference in champion performance....?

Recoil at 1 seems to do the same damage as recoil at 3.

@CoatHang3r just curious. I haven't had recoil since the willpower nerf and never had more than one point. Do you run maxed recoil?

@LeNoirFaineant very rarely outside of free mastery periods, it’s fun to have available with 5/65s though.
