Spider-Man stark enhanced taunt issues

For some reason I'm having issues refreshing the taunts from Spider-Man as of lately. It hasn't been as consistent as it was before, sometimes the idle and smack talk won't register. I also noticed now that sometimes when you dash back he will run forward not allowing you to idle, hadn't had this isssue until recently.

    I noticed this as well. I just got a 4-star Stark Spider, I went to test him and this ability was not activating

    Maybe they need to set an idle timer? visual references never hurt. Also with the running forward part, if you dash back then the enemy goes back that forces ur character to run forward not allowing you to idle. what's the purpose in forcing our characters to move forward when you are trying to create space to idle? Just seems like a mechanic that complicates his ability to idle.
