Electro L1 is incorrectly classified?

I believe that Electro's L1 is bugged. It must be classified as a melee attack and not projectile because Daredevil cannot evade it and when a bleeding Electro attacks Archangel with his L1 he gets poisoned! Can you please investigate?

If you have a bleed on you with any champ and you attack a blocking archangel you will get poisoned. That's how his abilities work. And electros sp1 isn't really a projectile. It just electricity that shoots out of his hands and is still connected to him. Think of it as an extension of his arm.

As bizarre as this explanation is, I can dig it. Poison traveling through electricity like Ghost Rider getting incinerated. Got it. Thanks for your input.
