I have him as a 6 star, he is ok I don't use him too much though. Got an emma frost as a 5 staf and awakened her and use her even more(shes rank 3) Bishop can pull off high damage but can be risky to pull off depending who you are facing on a certain difficulty.

He’s a decent counter to korg, as long as korg isn’t stun immune.
