My 4* is champs are getting 1100 to 1300 damage returned on basic attacks. They are certainly not hitting for 8k

    Its 15% of the "defender" attack rating....not "attacker" attack rating

    Yeah. It doesn’t specify on the node. Sucks the lower PI champs you have the more you are punished
