Can Domino shrug off permanent bleeds

So I'm thinking of using her for Labyrinth against the Guilly who has a permanent bleed on you. I'm asking so I can be a little more prepared. I rarely get to use my Domino, since she's always on defense, so I have little to no experience with her.

Domino is great for LOL. The key is, don’t get hit.

Yes. But only with a 50% chance. You are better off using a bleed immune or a duped Aegon.
