Alliance War Questions

Hey All,

I just have a few questions regarding Alliance Wars that I haven't been able to find information on through searching forums and websites

1. How is the tier calculated? What would be required to move up in tiers
2. How are defender diversity points calculated? Is it dependent on the champ? or would it be on star rating? for example would a 6* Doc Oc be considered different to a 5* Doc Oc

AW Tier is based on alliance War Rating, winning a war increases war rating, losing will lower it. War rating is not reset between Seasons (only the season points reset each season)

Diversity (within each BG separately, not across all BG's) is just from Hero (a 4* and a 5* of same hero are treated as the same).
