New event quest?

Usually the next event quest comes out on a Tuesday why do we have to wait until a Thursday this time? Or will it release tommorow regardless?

New events always start on wed, typically at noon PST.

It's easy to remember that tuesday evening is maintenance, so new things go live tue next day at around noon
