Proxima

First time dupe, I’m gonna r3 her and bring her in for AW (because I have a r4 Corvus) is she worth a r4 as well? And is she worth sig stones?

Is she any good for AQ or AW?

She is good for all. I have her 5* rank four unduped. She can do some massive damage after completing even two missions. Its fun to use her sp3 after a couple missions.

Speaking from first hand experience with her, I'd keep her at R3 for a while and see how you feel.

My solo questing team is Corvus, Proxima, Hulk Rag, Thor Rag, and AA.

For AW war, I use Corvus, Proxima, and Nebula.

I personally don't love fighting with Proxima, however the true strike synergy she can give to Corvus is awesome, so she's always there.

I have her as an unduped 5*R2 right now, and I fully intended to take her higher, but then the MCoC Gods shined down on me, and I pulled her as a 6*.

All that said, once I build up persistent charges with Corvus, there's rarely a reason to use another cosmic champ, so Proxima usually just takes up a roster spot, and I'm not sure I'd invest the resources to a champ who's biggest benefit, in my opinion, is the synergies with other champs.

I’m mostly happy with Prox, and mine is duped at R3. She’s a go-to for all projectile attackers and true strike is incredibly useful in many game phases. Her moveset is a bit clunky, but she’s a surprisingly good interceptor.

I’ve hesitated to R4 because I have Medusa at R4 and there are a ton of strong champs I don’t have. Also, the ramp-up can be painstaking if you get the wrong mission for the wrong champ to start the fight—in principle, I prefer champs less dependent on RNG.

But I do like her. Just more of a wait-and-see for me. @DTMelodicMetal is a big fan. He may have more to say about her.

Just had my 1st fight using 5/65 Proxima in tier 1 war. She did ok against a node 55 4/55 Medusa defender w/o boosting. I’m currently on an iPhone 6 while my iPhone 7 is being repaired by Apple, 10-15+ seconds of loading before and after each AW fight requires more concentration to find your rhythm. The occasional blips/lags also make it harder to stay focused, I’m hoping that putting mastery points back in glass cannon makes things easier until I get my iPhone 7 back.
