I completed hard on the trials event today and received 0 rewards. I understand I played a lower lever being hard but come on. I waste resources to enter event and I literally get nothing.

It's "normal" for Android users to not get rewards? Really? I've been playing this game on Android since it came out and I've never missed out on rewards for completing a quest. If you didn't get them, and it happens regularly, then I hope you've been in contact with support every time. Sometimes, though, it's a visual glitch and the rewards have actually been awarded if you compare your stash before and after running the quest.

So Kabam got back with me and said I received 3* shards and phc shards even though it didnt show up on the screen. Who really keeps track of the shards for those Crystal's? So I'll have to take their word on it I guess. Also I've been playing on android for over 3 years now and this has never happend to me. Who knows.
