Angela sig ability working TOO well

I've noticed this when fighting Angela in the trials over the last few weeks, my 5/65 Sig 200 Dr. Voodoo fails to convert even one buff to poison against Angela on the resistor node. Even at Sig 200 she is only supposed to reduce nullify chance by 35% which means Dr. Voodoo should still have a 65% at applying poison. However he repeatedly fails to apply even a single poison even when Angela has 15+ buffs

Sig level doesn’t matter for chance of conversion for Vodoo .

But as someone said Angela sig is actually finally working as intended
