is this a bug or not? how does she evade when no buffs or debuffs are able to be activated for the first part of the fight

    Evade isn't a buff
    The shock she triggers tho is a debuff so that shouldn't trigger at all for the duration of fisticuffs
    If the shock did trigger then it's a bug

    She can evade whenever she doesn't have the timer (and whenever she is not stun).
