Originally born in the 19th Century, Dr. Nathaniel Essex was a biologist in Victorian England. Dr. Essex dreamed of bringing the perfection of the evolution of the human race to the masses. Performing dangerous and unorthodox experiments, his wife shunned him, her dying words, "To me, you are... utterly… and contemptibly… sinister!" After accepting Apocalypse's offer to turn him into his first Prelate, Essex took on the name Sinister and has since pursued his dream of engineering the perfect mutant!
Signature Ability - Genius-Level Intellect:
Mister Sinister's genius has turned toward manipulating his own mind and body. He gains the following benefits:
Read Minds (Passive): Mister Sinister is able to read his opponent's thoughts, allowing all of Mister Sinister's attacks a 50% chance to ignore Evade.
Telepathic Defenses (Passive): Mister Sinister is immune to Mind Control, such as Emma Frost's ability to invert controls. Whenever Mister Sinister's controls would be inverted, his opponent is automatically Stunned for 2.0 seconds.
Sinister Clone: When on the Summoner's offensive team, whenever Mister Sinister is knocked out, he has a 15% chance to be revived and restored to 10% max Health after the fight has ended. This chance increases by 2.5% for each Champion on Mister Sinister's team currently knocked out. If Mister Sinister is defeated by Cyclops (New Xavier School) or Cyclops (Blue Team), his chance to be revived is reduced to 0%.
ABILITIES Max Health: 14,750 Max Attack: 1,325 Master Manipulator: Well-timed Blocks have a 15% chance to Taunt the opponents for 5.0 seconds. Opponents that are Taunted have their Attack reduced by 40% and have a 70% higher chance to activate a Special Attack. Perfecting Mutation: Mister Sinister has 6 experiments to conduct. Whenever he completes an experiment, he gains 1 Persistent Charge and a Genetic Enhancement Counter, decreasing the amount of damage he takes from Special Attacks by 5.5%. Experiments can be completed in any order.
Mister Sinister starts the fight with a number of the above Genetic Enhancement Counters equal to his Persistent Charge.goldenrod]Experiment 1: The Limits of Human Endurance:[/color] Knockout a Skill Champion. Once this experiment is complete, Mister Sinister gains a 33% chance to instantly shrug off Bleed and Shock Debuffs.
Experiment 2: Breaking the DNA Code: Knockout a Science Champion. Once this experiment is complete, whenever Mister Sinister gains a Fatigue or Poison Debuff, it is automatically removed after 5.0 seconds and Mister Sinister gains +2500 Critical Rating for 8.0 seconds.
Experiment 3: Study Mysticism: Knockout a Mystic Champion. Once this experiment is complete, Mister Sinister gains the ability to dilate his opponent's power. Special Attacks gain a +15% chance to Power Lock the opponent for 4.5 seconds. Cooldown: 6.0 seconds.
Experiment 4: Collect Variant Samples: Knockout a Cosmic Champion. Once this experiment is complete, whenever Mister Sinister's opponent gains a Fury Buff, Mister Sinister automatically gains a Cellular Shape-Shifting Buff, granting him +500 Physical Resistance.
Experiment 5: Force Field Technology: Knockout a Tech Champion. Once this experiment is complete, Mister Sinister's body is covered by an invisible Force Field. Mister Sinister begins each fight with one Passive Force Field charge, increasing his Block Proficiency by 315.45. Every time his opponent activates a Special Attack, Mister Sinister gains one additional Passive Force Field charge that lasts until the end of the fight.
Experiment 6: Catalyze the Mutator Gene: Knockout a Mutant Champion. Once this experiment is complete, Mister Sinister activates his Rapid Regeneration Factor. Whenever Mister Sinister drops below 20% Health, he activates a Passive Regeneration Buff, recovering up to 6,637.5 Health over 8.0 seconds. This occurs only once per fight, and the amount Healed is tied to the Power Meter. If Mister Sinister takes Special Attack damage from Cyclops (New Xavier School) or Cyclops (Blue Team), and this puts him at or below 20% Health, this Rapid Regeneration Factor does not trigger.
SPECIAL ATTACKS Special Attack 1 — Concussive Blasts:Mister Sinister fires three blasts of concussive energy at his opponent in rapid succession, then crosses his arms, throws his head back and laughs at his opponent.
Places two Gene-Splice Counters on the opponent. Opponents with a Gene-Splice Counter cannot Parry attacks.
Each Gene-Splice Counter reduces the opponent's Defensive Ability Accuracy by 12.5% for 9.0 seconds. Gene-Splice Counters are twice as potent against Mystic opponents.
The damage from this attack is Energy-based.
Special Attack 2 — Telekinetic Assault:Mister Sinister gathers several objects from his environment, hurling them at his opponent with the power of his mind. This attack has the potential to land 4 hits.
25% chance to Armor Break per hit, each hit removing one enemy Armor Up and applying 110 Armor Rating reduction for 5.0 seconds. The chance to inflict an Armor Break Debuff is doubled against Mystic opponents.
Special Attack 3 — Genetic Onslaught:Mister Sinister telekinetically grabs his opponent, lifting them up into the air. He then fires a concentrated blast of energy, pummeling his opponent for 12 hits. Mister Sinister then telekinetically flings the body against the far wall of the arena.
This Attack Nullfies up to 6 Buffs from Mutant and Mystic Champions. This Attack deals an extra 5% damage for each Buff Nullified.
SYNERGIES
Genetic Experimentation with Cyclops (New Xavier School), Cyclops (Blue Team) or Phoenix: Mister Sinister: Special Attack 1 places 1 additional Gene-Splice Counter on opponents. Cyclops (New Xavier School) or Cyclops (Blue Team): Special Attacks do not reset Cyclops' Combo Meter. Phoenix: Phoenix begins the fight with 2 additional Phoenix Force charges. Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
Mutant Massacre with Gambit or Sabretooth: Mister Sinister: Well-timed Blocks have a +15% chance to Taunt opponents. Gambit: Gambit's unique armor grants him an additional +250 Physical Resistance & +18% Bleed Resistance. Sabretooth: Sabretooth adds 2.5 seconds to the amount of time it takes before a Regeneration stack expires. Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
World War II with Magneto and Magneto (Marvel NOW!): Mister Sinister: Heavy Attacks have a +35% chance to inflict a Degeneration Debuff, dealing 4% of Mister Sinister's Attack Rating as Direct Damage over 5.0 seconds. The chance to inflict a Degeneration Debuff is increased by 20% against Mutant and Mystic Champions. Magneto or Magneto (Marvel NOW!): Against enemies reliant on metal, if Magnetism is not active, well-timed Blocks automatically trigger Magnetism. Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
Scientific Experiments with Emma Frost: Mister Sinister: Gains +15% Attack Rating after completing 3 Experiments. Emma Frost: Gains a +4% chance to Evade basic attacks while in Telepathic Form. Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
Mutant Perfection with Cable: Mister Sinister: Mister Sinister's Genetic Enhancement Counters reduce the amount of damage he takes from Special Attacks by an additional +2% each. Cable: Cable's chance to Regenerate Health whenever a Power threshold is reached continues to work when he is below 25% Health. Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
Mutant Scientists with Beast: Mister Sinister: Opponents gain 15% less Power when being struck by Mister Sinister. Beast: Beast takes 60% less damage from Degeneration Debuffs. Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
Ghost Rider (Zadkiel Possessed) (Based upon a Rank 5/50 4-Star Champion; Sig Level 99)

Daniel "Danny" Ketch became Ghost Rider after his brother, Johnny Blaze, was able to rid himself of the Spirit of Vengeance. Like his brother, Danny was able to free himself and return to his old life. Unfortunately for Danny, this threw him into a deep depression. Zadkiel, a fallen angel, saw the opportunity to take advantage of Ketch during his vulnerable state. Zadkiel gave Danny small "tastes" of Ghost Rider's powers. Unable to be satiated, Danny finally agreed to become Ghost Rider again... but at a cost. Zadkiel wanted to harness the powers of the previous Spirits of Vengeance for his own evil purposes. Now reborn as Ghost Rider once again, Danny is being forced by Zadkiel to absorb every Spirit of Vengeance and eliminate the hosts. Danny's corrupted mind has led him to the contest to hunt down his brother, Johnny Blaze, and exorcise the Spirit from him.
Signature Ability - Angelic Possession:
Ghost Rider harnesses the added power of Zadkiel, the Angel of Vengeance, and is able to amplify his powers. Zadkiel allows Ghost Rider to harbor up to 201 demons based on signature level. Additionally, when Ghost Rider successfully exorcises a demon and places an incinerate on the opponent, Ghost Rider gains a healing over time effect. This effect converts up to 50% of the damage from incinerate into health based on signature level.
ABILITIES Max Health: 16,150 Max Attack: 1,155 Demonic Absorbtion: Zadkiel cursed Ghost Rider with the ability to constantly absorb demons. Every 2 seconds Ghost Rider consumes and absorbs a demon. If Ghost Rider uses his hellfire in any way, except during special attacks, his attacks absorb 1-3 demons. For each demon absorbed, Ghost Rider's attack and incinerate damage increase by a flat 1%. Exorcism: In order to maintain his sanity, Ghost Rider must constantly exorcise his demons. Ghost Rider's exorcism attempts have a 70% chance to succeed. This chance is increased by 30% when fighting against heroes. Every time a demon is successfully exorcised, it places an incinerate on the opponent dealing 50% attack over 3 seconds. When performing a well timed block, Ghost Rider attempts to exorcise 1-2 demons. Ghost Rider's heavy attacks attempt to exorcise 1-3 demons per landed attack. Demonic Insanity: If Ghost Rider absorbs too many demons, Danny's vulnerable mind will go insane. Upon reaching his demonic threshold of 101 demons or up to 201 demons based on signature level, Ghost Rider enters a state of Demonic Insanity. During this state, Danny Ketch completely loses all control of Ghost Rider, and the Spirit of Vengeance acts upon its own accord. During this state Ghost Rider's attack is increased by 400%. All resistances and block proficiency are decreased by 50% as well as removing perfect block chance. During Demonic Insanity, demons are constantly exorcised at the rate of 3 per second, up to 5 per successful hit and up to 10 when being hit. Once all demons are exorcised, Danny regains his sanity and resumes control of Ghost Rider.

Special Attack 2 — Unleash Hell:Ghost Rider wraps his hellfire chains around his opponent and blasts them with the hellfire shotgun stolen from his brother.
Each successful hit has a 100% chance to exorcise 2 demons.
Ghost Rider places a hellfire debuff on the opponent which increases incinerate damage by 50% for 12 seconds.
Special Attack 3 — Fallen Angel of Vengeance:Zadkiel fully manifests himself and forces Ghost Rider to exorcise all his demons.
Ghost Rider places a hellfire debuff on the opponent which increases incinerate damage by 100% for 25 seconds. Ghost Rider cannot absorb any demons for 20 seconds after this attack.
Could we possibly see a punisher revamp with new abilities to the current character or new synergies that enhance him? Or could we get a punisher netflix or a punisher war machine? Think any of them would be awesome.

I'm not quite sure why Ghost Rider can harbor so many demons when he only burns them off a few at a time. Just something to think about.

Every 2 seconds Ghost Rider's Attack and Incinerate damage are going to increase by 1-3% with no cap. That seems like it's going to become overwhelming fast. After 60 seconds, assuming a minimum increase, his Attack will go from 1,155 to 1,848 (with the potential to go to 3,234 at maximum increase). There's no real way to stop this, and no cap. I think that Demonic Absorption is far too powerful. Exorcism is also overpowered, since your well-timed blocks pretty much guarantee a statistical 100% chance to deal 577.5 damage over 3 seconds, and heavy attacks are even more likely to deal this damage. This also means that, in conjunction with the Signature Ability, he can regain up to 288.75 pretty much constantly, since you can Parry-Heavy to your heart's content. Demonic Insanity isn't really much of a drawback for a skilled player, and gaining +400% Attack means you're basically going to mow down anything in your path. The base attack would go from 1,155 to 5,775, and then you get to add on the increases from Demonic Absorption (another 101%-201% of the base attack for a minimum Attack rating of 6,999.3). It also means that with the Signature Ability, he's has the potential to constantly regenerate as well. Each one of these base kit abilities is overclocked, and all together, it makes this 4-star Champion far better than anything else in the game.

Chains of Vengeance should be exorcising way more than 1 demon, (which makes Exorcism even more in need of some tweaking) but that's beside the point. As it triggers Exorcism, it's going to deal 866.25 Incinerate damage on the opponent over 3 seconds. You can repeat this up to 3 additional times while the Hellfire Debuff is active, for a total of 3,465 damage. That's on top of the damage from Chains of Vengeance. Seems like quite a bit to me, since by the time you've landed all this damage, you're probably going to be able to drop Chains of Vengeance again. Unleash Hell does the exact same thing. The fact that it exorcises 2 demons means that you're doubling that Incinerate damage if I'm interpreting Exorcism correctly. Fallen Angel of Vengeance is going to throw down 1,155 Incinerate damage over 3 seconds, repeatable 7 additional times for a total of 9,240 Incinerate damage.
Effectively, this needs to be toned down a lot. The concepts are okay, but the mechanics are overclocked quite a bit with absolutely no counters or drawbacks.
I know there are a lot of good champs in the marvel universe that haven’t been added yet and both punisher and the war machine are already in the game but there is something about Frank Castle in the war machine armor.
I would love to see punisher war machine in game. If not as a playable character, maybe as an Act 6 boss. Put a punisher logo on war machine and Node him up for one of the fights.

This is quite the feat of agreement: to accomplish this end, summoners had to dump a proportionately number of downvotes on each character very large proportionate to the number of up- or downvotes the average character has received.

With Marvel recently getting the comic book rights again and Conan having previously teamed up with marvel characters it would be nice to see Conan the barbarian enter the contest.

ABILITIES

Master Manipulator: Well-timed Blocks have a 15% chance to Taunt the opponents for 5.0 seconds. Opponents that are Taunted have their Attack reduced by 40% and have a 70% higher chance to activate a Special Attack.
Perfecting Mutation: Mister Sinister has 6 experiments to conduct. Whenever he completes an experiment, he gains 1 Persistent Charge and a Genetic Enhancement Counter, decreasing the amount of damage he takes from Special Attacks by 5.5%. Experiments can be completed in any order.
SPECIAL ATTACKS
Special Attack 1 — Concussive Blasts: Mister Sinister fires three blasts of concussive energy at his opponent in rapid succession, then crosses his arms, throws his head back and laughs at his opponent.
- Places two Gene-Splice Counters on the opponent. Opponents with a Gene-Splice Counter cannot Parry attacks.
- Each Gene-Splice Counter reduces the opponent's Defensive Ability Accuracy by 12.5% for 9.0 seconds. Gene-Splice Counters are twice as potent against Mystic opponents.
- The damage from this attack is Energy-based.
Special Attack 2 — Telekinetic Assault: Mister Sinister gathers several objects from his environment, hurling them at his opponent with the power of his mind. This attack has the potential to land 4 hits.- 25% chance to Armor Break per hit, each hit removing one enemy Armor Up and applying 110 Armor Rating reduction for 5.0 seconds. The chance to inflict an Armor Break Debuff is doubled against Mystic opponents.
Special Attack 3 — Genetic Onslaught: Mister Sinister telekinetically grabs his opponent, lifting them up into the air. He then fires a concentrated blast of energy, pummeling his opponent for 12 hits. Mister Sinister then telekinetically flings the body against the far wall of the arena.SYNERGIES

Bio:
Daniel "Danny" Ketch became Ghost Rider after his brother, Johnny Blaze, was able to rid himself of the Spirit of Vengeance. Like his brother, Danny was able to free himself and return to his old life. Unfortunately for Danny, this threw him into a deep depression. Zadkiel, a fallen angel, saw the opportunity to take advantage of Ketch during his vulnerable state. Zadkiel gave Danny small "tastes" of Ghost Rider's powers. Unable to be satiated, Danny finally agreed to become Ghost Rider again... but at a cost. Zadkiel wanted to harness the powers of the previous Spirits of Vengeance for his own evil purposes. Now reborn as Ghost Rider once again, Danny is being forced by Zadkiel to absorb every Spirit of Vengeance and eliminate the hosts. Danny's corrupted mind has led him to the contest to hunt down his brother, Johnny Blaze, and exorcise the Spirit from him.
Signature Ability - Angelic Possession:
Ghost Rider harnesses the added power of Zadkiel, the Angel of Vengeance, and is able to amplify his powers. Zadkiel allows Ghost Rider to harbor up to 201 demons based on signature level. Additionally, when Ghost Rider successfully exorcises a demon and places an incinerate on the opponent, Ghost Rider gains a healing over time effect. This effect converts up to 50% of the damage from incinerate into health based on signature level.

Demonic Absorbtion: Zadkiel cursed Ghost Rider with the ability to constantly absorb demons. Every 2 seconds Ghost Rider consumes and absorbs a demon. If Ghost Rider uses his hellfire in any way, except during special attacks, his attacks absorb 1-3 demons. For each demon absorbed, Ghost Rider's attack and incinerate damage increase by a flat 1%.
Exorcism: In order to maintain his sanity, Ghost Rider must constantly exorcise his demons. Ghost Rider's exorcism attempts have a 70% chance to succeed. This chance is increased by 30% when fighting against heroes. Every time a demon is successfully exorcised, it places an incinerate on the opponent dealing 50% attack over 3 seconds. When performing a well timed block, Ghost Rider attempts to exorcise 1-2 demons. Ghost Rider's heavy attacks attempt to exorcise 1-3 demons per landed attack.
Demonic Insanity: If Ghost Rider absorbs too many demons, Danny's vulnerable mind will go insane. Upon reaching his demonic threshold of 101 demons or up to 201 demons based on signature level, Ghost Rider enters a state of Demonic Insanity. During this state, Danny Ketch completely loses all control of Ghost Rider, and the Spirit of Vengeance acts upon its own accord. During this state Ghost Rider's attack is increased by 400%. All resistances and block proficiency are decreased by 50% as well as removing perfect block chance. During Demonic Insanity, demons are constantly exorcised at the rate of 3 per second, up to 5 per successful hit and up to 10 when being hit. Once all demons are exorcised, Danny regains his sanity and resumes control of Ghost Rider.
SPECIAL ATTACKS
Special Attack 1 — Chains of Vengeance: Ghost Rider unleashes of flurry of attacks with his hellfire chains.
- Each successful hit has a 100% chance to exorcise 1 demon.
- Ghost Rider places a hellfire debuff on the opponent which increases incinerate damage by 50% for 12 seconds. Additionally, any incinerate immune champion will receive damage from any incinerate attack as long as they are inflicted by hellfire.
Special Attack 2 — Unleash Hell: Ghost Rider wraps his hellfire chains around his opponent and blasts them with the hellfire shotgun stolen from his brother.- Each successful hit has a 100% chance to exorcise 2 demons.
- Ghost Rider places a hellfire debuff on the opponent which increases incinerate damage by 50% for 12 seconds.
Special Attack 3 — Fallen Angel of Vengeance: Zadkiel fully manifests himself and forces Ghost Rider to exorcise all his demons.Superior Spider-Man

I'm not quite sure why Ghost Rider can harbor so many demons when he only burns them off a few at a time. Just something to think about.
Every 2 seconds Ghost Rider's Attack and Incinerate damage are going to increase by 1-3% with no cap. That seems like it's going to become overwhelming fast. After 60 seconds, assuming a minimum increase, his Attack will go from 1,155 to 1,848 (with the potential to go to 3,234 at maximum increase). There's no real way to stop this, and no cap. I think that Demonic Absorption is far too powerful. Exorcism is also overpowered, since your well-timed blocks pretty much guarantee a statistical 100% chance to deal 577.5 damage over 3 seconds, and heavy attacks are even more likely to deal this damage. This also means that, in conjunction with the Signature Ability, he can regain up to 288.75 pretty much constantly, since you can Parry-Heavy to your heart's content. Demonic Insanity isn't really much of a drawback for a skilled player, and gaining +400% Attack means you're basically going to mow down anything in your path. The base attack would go from 1,155 to 5,775, and then you get to add on the increases from Demonic Absorption (another 101%-201% of the base attack for a minimum Attack rating of 6,999.3). It also means that with the Signature Ability, he's has the potential to constantly regenerate as well. Each one of these base kit abilities is overclocked, and all together, it makes this 4-star Champion far better than anything else in the game.
Chains of Vengeance should be exorcising way more than 1 demon, (which makes Exorcism even more in need of some tweaking) but that's beside the point. As it triggers Exorcism, it's going to deal 866.25 Incinerate damage on the opponent over 3 seconds. You can repeat this up to 3 additional times while the Hellfire Debuff is active, for a total of 3,465 damage. That's on top of the damage from Chains of Vengeance. Seems like quite a bit to me, since by the time you've landed all this damage, you're probably going to be able to drop Chains of Vengeance again. Unleash Hell does the exact same thing. The fact that it exorcises 2 demons means that you're doubling that Incinerate damage if I'm interpreting Exorcism correctly. Fallen Angel of Vengeance is going to throw down 1,155 Incinerate damage over 3 seconds, repeatable 7 additional times for a total of 9,240 Incinerate damage.
Effectively, this needs to be toned down a lot. The concepts are okay, but the mechanics are overclocked quite a bit with absolutely no counters or drawbacks.

I would love to see punisher war machine in game. If not as a playable character, maybe as an Act 6 boss. Put a punisher logo on war machine and Node him up for one of the fights.
