Suggestion - Permanent rank down tickets

Rank down tickets were introduced a few years ago and were a huge success, they were a limited time only item. When they first came out the summoner recieved in return, the iso, gold and catalyst required to rank up a champion. The tickets were again introduced approximately 1 year later but with much few tickets, this time the summoner only recieved the catalyst required for ranking. So far we have introduced changeable profile pictures and a token to change your name, I suggest that a rank down ticket for star levels 3, 4 and 5 be added to the unit store. Only catalyst in return would be worth a permanently available ticket. Ticket prices for example; 5* ticket 500 units, 4* ticket 250 units, 3* 100 units. With all the new characters give us a chance to alter our champs. The rank down tickets were definitely wanted this holiday season, please bring them back!
