Summoners, due to a technical issue, this week's series of Alliance Quests will be cancelled at 4pm PT. There will not be any Rewards for this series. The next series of Alliance Quests will start on April 18 at 12pm PT. We will be assessing the impact on Alliances and compensating accordingly, as well as returning Alliance Tickets.


Anybody know how long it usually takes Support to respond?

    Grab a snickers.

    Usually around 3-4 days. Expect a generic email that acknowledges your inquiry, but not a response from someone who actually read your inquiry. You’ll need to submit the same inquiry and eventually get a response that will dance around your question.

    All in all. 2 weeks for a partial response.
