Is an early notice possible

I noticed the constant crying and complaining about majik, MD and other Champs, can we get early warning about a nerf? Some of us have invested a lot of resources in these Champs and I'd like to save myself a headache. I even spent the 4th of July 5 star awakening gem on my majik and I don't want to waste more resources just for her to get nerfed because some kids don't know how to fight her, it's not fair to some of us. @Kabam Miike

tell me something: i hear Magik is one of the top picks for the boss node in AW in the higher tiers. is this correct?

if they know how to fight her, why wouldn't it be fair?

Iceman's beginning coldsnap damage is next to useless outside of AW. Coldsnap is more useful for offense.

With that same logic, one could complain its "not fair" to defenders, it gives the attacker an unfair advantage.

Nerfs don't happen on a long term schedule and there's no in case of OP break glass nerf hammer. They won't announce nerfs ahead of time because they won't know if something is going to be nerfed until they actually decide to nerf it.

Also, nobody pre-announces game balance nerfs. Everything is potentially eligible for nerfs. Everything from Magik to Joe Fixit. If it is found to be operating beyond some balance boundary in actual play, its going to get adjusted. Doesn't matter what the forums believe, doesn't matter what the prevailing wisdom is. If it is actually functioning within the limits of what the devs are okay with today, its not going to get nerfed, today. If that changes tomorrow, then it changes tomorrow.

There have been no nerfs since 12.0, and as far as the official word goes, they have no plans at this time. People venting won't lead to an automatic nerf.

We are in tier 3 and we get her maybe every 3 wars jugs and dorm are far worse fight then her. Our bk in bg2 can kill her first try usually he uses hulk.

A tweak is needed. Since a single mastery is enough to make all classes pale in comparison to mystic in defense.

I mean let's just remove all nodes by hp and atk boosters then. If i get to choose between a hulkbuster and any mystic to put on a armor node, giving MD 3 or above, who would i put in?

It's not about fairness even. All unavoidable dmg shouldnt exist in the first place.

But the damage is not unavoidable. There are plenty of counters, power control champs like vision, dormammu and magik vs magik are all great Solutions especially if you alter your play style to use dexterity less. Ability accuracy champs can prevent limbo from triggering. Strong healers can counter it to some extent and survive much longer. There are more than enough ways to avoid it, you just have to use different strategies. Same goes for MD as a mastery, that isn't an issue when you learn how counter it. Take a champ that's suitable who either doesn't have many buffs or can control power. Detect mystic will tell you when you should use said champ.
