I'm tired of this game timing out due to loading time and my fighters losing half of their life despite the fact that I'm sitting 3 feet away from my wifi router. This has been a huge issue for a long time. I've accepted the fact that the servers suck. Dealing with loading time is one thing but we should not be penalized for something that is out of our control. How has this not been dealt with yet?

If the servers cat be fixed, can we at least not lose half of our energy because of them?

I'm sorry but this these delays in loading, claims of bad internet connections and having the game stop completely has now impacted me immensely over the past few weeks.
I have missed hitting the rank rewards in solo events for hero use, arenas and worst of all events (because I used a ton of energy refills) to be able to get enough points to reach the rank rewards.

Each time I have ended up just missing due to the extra 5 to 10 minutes.
Of course there's no reimbursement coming, but nothing could be more frustrating than just missing out on your goal through absolutely no fault of your own.

Not to mention it has occurred multiple times when beginning a fight in AW AND AQ! Of course, as always, when I get the game up and running I have lost half of my champs strength! This glitch therefore has a giant negative effect on myself but my alliance, as well.

This cannot keep happening!
MCOC is pulling in boatloads of cold hard cash to fill Kabam's coffers. And that's just fine. They are a corporation and we live in a capitalist system. Fantastic!

What is certainly not fantastic and frankly unacceptable is the lack of funding being put right back into the infrastructure. You have the numbers and know how many new users join each day. And the average use. So you should have a pretty darn good idea at what the load is going to be on your systems and servers.
Do right by your user base and take some of that sweet sweet money flowing in, like the great flood. Put it directly back into the very systems supporting the smooth running of MCOC! And by all means, put in extra too stay ahead of the curve.

Bottom line is you have responsibilities, when it comes to running a company.
Fulfill those responsibilities, management!
Because that's exactly where the fault lies.
Not with the great MODS and developers.

Kabam, step up your game, for the sake of all!

Game Team, is there any reason why a member wouldn’t be allowed to join AQ after maintenance took place? Day 5 and now short one so hoping someone’s around to help explain?? Thanks

I tried to finish that Science combat event. Can we pause timers when the Kabam machine stops working?

Supposedly all of the super **** loading will be fixed on update, just gonna have to work through until then

I think this is a truly great idea. While it's not a panacea, it certainly would be a great help.
Need to figure out a way to address champs losing half of their health, while beginning or in the middle of a very important battle. Especially in AW AND AQ.
