What exactly happens when you send/receive help?

I wonder what actually exactly happens if you send help to an alliance member. I never understood that.
As I understand you can ask for help in versus and with energy. I have sent help thousands of time but I never knew what exactly the sent help does? I never asked for it.

Can anyone tell me?

If I send energy? How much energy do the receiver get? 5 points? Full stash?

And if I send to versus- what will that do. I assume the fight that the alliance member wants help with will be over long before the help is received? Or in what way does it help?

Please clearify for me?

Arean wuld reuse ther time to play aging and for the energy part is ther get 2 energy for them ther help and can only be helped buy 10 peppel

When we ask for energy help every time one alliance member clicks on help we get 2 energy max 10 members can help so we get 20 energy total and for arena help champ cooldown reduce not sure how much though

But we don’t even know if it really works. I don’t see any difference with arena timer being reduced on champions during their cooldown phase, except the energy quest

When you send help or receive help on arena cool down, your timer gets reduced. For 5 stars, you reduce about 30 mins every 7 hours regardless you received 0 help or 5. 6 stars is 45 mins and 4 stars is 15 mins every 2 hours iirc. Timer is set at first time you press that ask for help button. Lets say you first press that button on Monday 11am, every 7 hours after that for the entire week, you get 30 mins reduced if you press ask for help.

There are a couple tricks if your grinding for top 150 or top 800.

First of all, when you have a un-levelled champion, you can level up to remove cool down. Lets say you pull a new 5 star and used him in arena. Your cool down is 7 hours. You press ask for help, after 30 mins, you received 5 helps and your cool down is now 6 hours. Then you level him up. For 5 stars, it takes exactly 12 ISOs regardless of quality, if you received 5 helps I usually use the 75 or 125 xp ISOs to maximized score (you don't need to actually level him up to next level, just feed the ISOs). Then when you re-enter the arena, the cool down will be gone. You can use that 5 star again. You will need more ISos if you received less than 5 helps. I think the quantity of ISO is proportional to help you received. (ex: 12 ISO for 5 helps, ~16 for 4, ~24 for 3, etc)

Secondly, if arena is up, you are in luck. Just enter then exit the arena, re-log, you can ask for help again. If you are in an active alliance, you can do this every hour. If arena is not up, you can still do this by splitting the help. Just level when you received 2 helps, fight in arena. Then come back when you received the remaining 3 helps and level again.

Help8ng takes 10 minutes off of arena refresh time. Doesnt matter if 1 help or all helps. Just reduces 10 minutes in arena. Quest help gives 2 energy per help
