Figuring out how to use Havok

Anyone else who has pulled this champ have any advice on using him? I have a hard time understanding him. Sometimes he has an unblockable sp2 and sp1, sometimes its not. I dont understand how his feedback charge work on the opponent either. Ive read his abilities a bunch but it might just be me, but I cant comprehend it very well.
