A five-star hero disappeared from my account.

Recently finished my banishment, I entered the game had disappeared my five-star Hyperion, help meeeee plsssssss

If he was gotten as result of cheating then that's why they took him away, depending on the nature of the ban it could have been much worse

It takes sometime for them to complete their investigation, one thing could lead to another and another and if they think something is fishy they will take action.

They can take champions away, or rank them down, or take resources away, or take your shards and items away, or take your arena away temp ban or permanently ban you.

Take champions away, rank them down, take resources away, take your arena away temp ban or permanently ban you
