Does Iceman’s ice armour work as armour buff against Havoc?

I was playing uncollected when I stumbled upon this question please share if u have any info

Yes it does. Iceman's Ice Armor counts as an armor up. But he is a bad matchup against Havok because energy attacks build up plasma.
