Heimdall and regen synergy

I recently sent in ticket regarding Aegon not healing correctly with the heimdall trag synergy.

It clear states a dash back and hold will regen for 15%. I've had as low as 3% with a max at 13%.

I'm running suicides, ...but Aegons tenacity gets rid of bleed and poison so it should not be reduced.

I'm looking for some assistance here from the community to get this proper attention and moderators to understand why it's happening and what they intend to do. It is indeed falsely advertised and that's a big deal when strategizing teams.

Heimdall synergy gives Regen of 15% of “missing health”. So if you are very near death you would see close to a 15% healing, but if you’re still like 75% healthy then you would only heal about 4%

And if you also use the other synergy giving an Attack boost (they would happen at same evade and hold event) you have to decide if you want the extra attack from the very start versus waiting until lower health so the recovery would have a bigger impact.

..and the problem of creating duplicate posts bak2bak (is this some bug with Forum, I see a lot of posts doubled initially). Replies also coming into your duplicate one too.

It’s important to point out that a reddit post conveyed that the “missing” part of the synergy description is absent in at least the Italian translation.
