I had some reward in the mailbox
Now after 7 days they are gone i need to know what did it happen cause it said 30 day to claim it was some gift from other account

My stash is clean there is nothing, I did not claim it because i thought it was a 30 days period to claim

Mail has 30 days to claim, stash has 7 days, I believe. It's been brought up before.

If you don't claim it before the stash expires, the item goes away and there's nothing backing up the item preview in the message.
