On first glance; yes.

Miles has the highest evade chance % among the spider champs. It’s what makes him a pain when trying to get a high hit count going.

I know but it’s Venom... he ignores spider-man evade, am I wrong?

Venom only negages passive spider verse evades when your klyntar buffs are active..

All of them? Because I have two. And the fact there’s no timer is a glitch... that happens from time to time.

Already been posted. More than 20 times.

Not a bug. You have no klyntar buff.
Buffet node consumes it at the start if the fight.
