The 47.0.1 hotfix to address the issue of freezing & flashing lights on loading screens when trying to enter a fight, along with other smaller issues, is now ready to be downloaded through the App Store on IOS.

    I am unable to login to the game. I have already tried re-installing it and also updated it to the latest version of the game which is 22.0.0.....Whenever I open the game it shows up the message "Failed To Log-In"
    Please do something about it KABAM

    Apologies, i wouldn't normally tag like this however nothing has been said on this issue for quite some period of time, despite at least one moderator seeing and merging into the thread.

    It will go along way if some confirmation can be given that it is being investigated, rather than leaving us in the dark.

    I'm fortunate enough that i have another device i can use, although it makes running both accounts together impossible, not everyone is as fortunate. All the time they remain locked out they're losing valuable arena time, ability to place defense later, impossibility to continue AQ, as well as wrap up any remaining monthly quests. The implications are wide ranging and acknowledge must be made.

    @kabam we deserve compensation for facing new problem every time a new update is released. It has been almost 6 hrs since the time i have updated the game and i m not able to get in the game since then.My arena grind is gone for SABRETOOTH + my AQ path (which i was supposed to complete alone becoz back up was already used by someone else) is gone wasting my 5 energy steps. PLS FIX THE GAME ASAP. this is getting very frustrating for android users lately

    after installed latest version of game patch 22 didnt let me to sign in or even start a new game. Try to get a fresh copy from play store in 5.30 A.M. Greece time zone and gave me the old one to install and accomplish to sign in. Later try to reinstall patch 22 and having SAME ISSUES without giving me again the previous update. My phone is an android device. Asus zen phone 2 (ASUS-Z00AD) Android version 5. My in game name is NIKOS TZ.
