Maybe you should start with which champs you have.

Depends a lot of the path you take.

Wanna go Old school? Go SL and crit mutant team
Wanna go very well prepared? Spidey and Blade it's an awesome combination, if you come across of Magik.
Ghost is a really good option too.

And most important, it's about on what you have. Damage dealers, should be your first option, again check your roster.
